We're here to help your team get reports signed and filed.
Email [email protected]. We reply within 48 hours. Please include your company name, your device, and the app version (Setup › App Information).
Your account comes from your company administrator. If you were invited, use the link in your invitation email to set your password.
Forgot your password? Tap "Forgot Password?" on the sign-in screen, or go to fieldinspectorproapp.com/reset.
If the app says your access has been turned off, contact your company administrator.
Invite and remove teammates in Setup › Team. Someone who has signed reports can be deactivated but not removed, because their signed reports must keep their name.
Connect your company's storage in Setup › Storage: SharePoint/OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Amazon S3-compatible storage. Files are saved in a Field Inspector Pro folder, with one folder for each job. With Dropbox, files go in Apps › Field Inspector Pro and the app can only see that folder. Test Connection writes a small file, reads it back, and removes it.
Billing and seats are managed by your company administrator on the billing page.
Finish & Sign signs the report as you; your name, title and license come from My Inspector Profile.
Editing a signed report creates a new version. Earlier versions move to the Superseded folder in your company's storage.
"Waiting to upload" means the signed report is on the device and will go to your company's storage once it's reachable. Nothing is lost.
Share a signed report by email, Files, AirDrop, or print from the report screen.
Every photo you take in the app is also saved to your device's Photos library as your own backup copy. If your device uses iCloud Photos, those copies sync to your personal iCloud. Follow your company's rules for job-site photos.
If you don't allow the app to add photos, there's no backup copy, and a photo that hasn't uploaded yet can be lost with the device. You can change this in the iOS Settings app, under Field Inspector Pro › Photos.
The move copies your jobs, reports and photos into Field Inspector Pro and never changes anything in iCloud. Connect your company's storage first, and keep the device on Wi-Fi and charging while it runs. Don't delete Field Inspector data from iCloud settings until DAK confirms the move is complete.
The app asks for the camera (inspection photos), to add photos to your library (your backup copy), and your location while you use it (the GPS address on a report). Weather comes from Apple Weather for the job site's address, or for your location if the job has no usable address. See our Privacy Policy.
In the app, Setup › Account › Delete Account explains what's deleted and what your company keeps, then takes you to fieldinspectorproapp.com/delete-account, where you re-enter your password and deletion completes right away. If you can't use the app, email [email protected] and we complete it within 30 days.
Reports you signed, the photos in them, and hours you logged are your company's inspection records. They stay with your company, unchanged, under the name and license they were signed with. A company administrator can close the company's whole account by contacting us.
