If you haven't signed a report, logged time, or moved data from the iCloud version

Your account and inspector profile are deleted: your sign-in, name, email, phone number and saved signature. Your name as entered on reports, notes and edit history stays in your company's records.

Those are your company's professional records, so your account is deactivated instead of erased. Your sign-in is disabled, and your email, phone number and saved signature are removed from your account and inspector profile. Reports you signed, the photos in them, and hours you logged stay with your company, unchanged: your name, title, license and email as printed on signed reports stay with those reports so they remain valid. Reports you inspected that were never signed no longer show your name or email.

Either way, you're signed out on every device.
